Fill Manifold
Reach out and fill anywhere- even on the tender.

Each
manifold includes:
· A manifold block machined from a
solid block of marine-grade brass; highly polished, triple-chrome
plated, then highly polished again for a beautiful and durable
finish.
· Kevlar reinforced High-Pressure hoses
(5000 psi working pressure) with the highest quality stainless
steel fittings for years of trouble-free service.
· Flow control valve at the end of
each fill whip.
· 10 foot hose with quick connect fittings.
Longer hoses can be ordered for even greater convenience -
even long enough to fill your tanks on the tender! No more
need to transfer tanks back and forth for filling!
· Padded carry/storage case with internal
organizer sleeve for literature, manual and fill log. |
Remote
Fill Control Panels
Place
a remote panel in the lazzarette, near the swim platform, close
to the davit, or wherever convenience dictates.... Now you can
control your compressor and fill system without running below.
*All models feature stainless steel, high-pressure quick disconnect
couplers.
Four
Bank Fill Panels
The traffic cop of the system. This panel controls
the flow of gas from the hp compressor to the storage banks or
to the fill whips. Precise controls allow for the “cascade
filling” of tanks for the most efficient use of gas produced
and stored.
Controlling
the flow of gases through your system is paramount for efficiency
and safety. Brownie’s fill panels are designed in a logical
format with color-coded flowlines for easy recognition by the
operator. Controls are easily manipulated and provide precise
adjustments. All fittings, connectors, hardware and tubing are
manufactured from the highest quality stainless steel for maximum
safety and service life.
We have standard designs suitable for most applications. We can
also design and build custom fill panels to meet any specialized
need. If you have a gas control requirement, we can create the
optimum solution - period.
Dual
Pressure Fill Panel
In
addition to traditional scuba, many vessels require the capability
of filling higher pressure scba bottles for fire-fighting apparatus.
This panel features dual outlets configured specifically for the
bottles to be filled. Each outlet has a flow control valve and
is set with a maximum pressure to prevent accidental overfilling.
The corresponding fill manifolds have unique connect fittings
for easy set-up and to prevent use on the wrong outlet.

SCBA fill stations can be installed and plumbed in the most
strategic locations throughout the vessel. Constructed of
King Starboard® material for maximum durability and to
prevent damage to scba bottles. Designed to securely cradle
a single or multiple bottle(s), with or without the backpack
attached. Specify connection at time of order. |
